Glasses exceeded my expectations. They do not give me a headache. The design is just like the picture.

I love everything about Firmoo. My glasses fit and the lenses are correct. Please do yourself some justice by going to a reputable Optometrist franchises for your prescription letter. These individually owned Optom clinics(not all) tend to give incorrect prescription because they say that they don't benefit anything from giving prescriptions. Some have been caught on social media admitting to such unethical practices.

I ordered a pair of glasses and whilst they are cute, the screws on the nose pads were super loose so I wasn't too happy with the quality when it arrived. I left an honest review on the website for this - but I'd like to give 5 stars here for the customer service alone. I never asked for it but they reached out to me directly to help resolve it. I really appreciate companies like that - who go above and beyond. I'm just really impressed with how quick the response was. You have to give credit where credit is due. Thank you guys.

Tried and true! I'm a long time, repeat customer because the prices are unmatched, the styles are cute while still being great quality, and the customer service is gracious and really wants you to walk away happy with your purchase. I've purchased over 20 pairs through the years and firmoo is always my go-to! Other sites just don't seem to have the same quality or ease.

First time ordering from here. Ordered 27 December, arrived 11th January via Royal Mail. Ordered 2 pairs for £19 plus postage. Exactly as pictured. Perfect fit. Prescription spot on. A little on the cheap feel/look but for additional pairs around the house & price point. I'm happy with my order.
