Really straight forward ordering process, they get you to check over your several times, so quite how people are managing to get their prescription wrong is beyond me. Took about two weeks to arrive. Got a nice pair of sunglasses now. Would recommend.

The customer service for my order has been remarkable! They emailed me before I even noticed my package was delayed, to let me know they were inquiring about it and tracking its progress. Then, afterwards, they checked back in a few days later to make sure it was truly delivered. I have never had a company be so proactive in making sure I received my products and that I was satisfied! I will recommend this brand to everyone I know that needs glasses.

Excellent glasses , lenses good quality , frame choice and customer service is very responsive . I have used Firmoo for over 5 years and am always satisfied with my glasses . The delivery to EU is within 2 weeks and any issues are dealt with immediately . I have a high prescription of -8.75 so I get thinned lenses . I have purchased clear and transition lenses which are excellent quality .
