Im super pleased with my glasses, theyre good quality and great style

Its very good looking glasses, aesthetically pleasing but my only concern is when I wear it, it doesnt stay as much it always falls. I wish it was a bit tightened up. I use some lanyard to keep it on my face.

Glasses are beautiful and they helped me with my issues that I was having, very good customer service

Absolutely fantastic! Trendy specs at price I can't believe! Received decent time too. I'm well impressed! Delivery was a bit pricey than norm this time but win some lose some... I'm still v pleased with both pairs of glasses. Prescription done fine too.

Terrible after purchase experience. I ordered two pairs of glasses, one works fine and the other (multifocal) does not work at all. They gave me the run around and finally said I chose the wrong frames for the 2nd pair and refusing to do anything about it. I took many photos, they wanted to look it but only to use the photos as a justification for their response. I know this type of behavior from this type of company, they give you the run around until you just simply give up. Terrible and disappointing customer service. I can't recommend them at all and I will never use or recommend them to friends or family. They seriously need to pull up their socks and provide the after sale experience people expect. I spent weeks with support, back and forth, a chronic waste of time. They had no intention of actually doing anything, smh. They should just admit they provide zero after sale support and be done with it, all sales are final period and not pretend they taking the issue seriously. Update: Firmoo has agreed to provide a refund and provide information around the solution. I have updated my review to 3 Stars until I receive the actual refund. 2nd Update: I have upgraded to a 4 star even though I had to fight for a refund which is disppointing, they did the right thing by providing a refund. As much as I tried and as recently as two days ago, the glasses they provided are blurry. I am not sure why, I can only think it was incorrectly manufactured, mistakes do happen even though Firmoo disagree. My first glasses work just fine (I ordered two pairs), 1 worked, 1 didn't. I would recommend you do some research first. I would still recommend Firmoo as they came thru in the end and provided the customer service I expect, especially as first a customer. I would spend more time and be careful before ordered multifocal lenses. They came it was the frame, I disagree with this, it was not the frame, it was the lenses or more specifically seems to be the right lens in this case.

I love the glasses from Firmoo. They always arrive very quickly (I have only bought about 5 pairs of non prescription glasses). All the glasses were amazing and came with little tools to help fix the glasses if the screws were to come loose. I am slightly sad at the change of the glasses cases because they used to be so much more creative, but now they are plain.

Never really was a person to order stuff off the internet but definitely happy I ordered my glasses from firmoo. The customer rep went above and beyond to make sure I got the help I needed and the tutorial videos were a great help too. I got my glasses today and totally in love with them will definitely make future orders from there again
