Hello! I placed an order for glasses on Firmoo, but they never arrived, even though the website said they had been delivered. I reached out to Customer Support, and in less than two days, I received a response and a solution! The support was excellent and incredibly fast—very few websites have customer service as good as Firmoo’s. I highly recommend them and will definitely order again as soon as I receive my refund. Their service was so great that they truly deserve another chance!

I didn't love the glasses I originally bought so I asked to do an exchange, it was so easy to set that up and the new ones I got I loved! They even let me keep the old ones. Great customer service!!!

Your website saying how to care for your glasses to prolong its life time is 404. It's a broken link. Y'all write emails like it's personalized, but can't be bother to check if your link actually works.

Die Brille ist wirklich toll und so mancher namentliche Hersteller in Deutschland kommt an die Qualität nicht heran. Fazit: Meine nächste Brille bestelle ich auch hier wieder.
