I've already left a review on the Firmoo site, but it appears to have been deleted, since it was not a favorable one. Let's try this again. I loved the frames I'd ordered; they are very lightweight, even with my strong prescription lenses! However, I am very disappointed in the photochromic feature on the lenses. They take a long time to change back and forth, and they do not change when I am driving in my car! That was my whole reason for ordering it! I obviously wasted my money on the photochromic feature; extremely disappointed and lesson learned. Also, it Frimoo keeps deleting this review because it's not a positive one, then I will no longer do business with them, and will tell all my friends and family not to do business with them, either.

I haven't received my glasses yet and I really am excited to but I feel like it's taking forever

Still waiting for my glasses to arrive. Tracking shows they were delivered, but they were not. Very disappointed

I ordered my glasses about a month ago and they still are not here. The only reason they got 2 stars, is because they have emailed me back within good timing. These glasses better be worth it. I'm never recommending this website.

If you need to return or exchange. Their policy requires that you pay for everything in an exchange. If you paid once expect to pay twice. If your frame was free you'll pay for lenses again+ shipping in both directions. Refunds are for frames only and maybe handling if your order had a handling fee. Their representatives pretty much repeat themselves if you have questions or need assistance with any problems you might encounter. Expect replies 11pm-pst/ 1am- est. Otherwise ordering is easy. I can't emphasize enough that if you want to avoid this policy make sure you measure everything perfectly. I unfortunately lost my money and have a useless pair of glasses that look pretty.

I'll try to summarize how bad this has been. 1. Glasses should've been here in about 14 days. It's been almost three weeks. 2. Online tracking is bogus. Up until last night, when I emailed a complaint to the company, I only had an update from Feb. 28 that the glasses were in Los Angeles. Magically, "Isabel" at their customer service team, shows me that they indeed were on their way to my post office. Huh. Would've been nice if I could have seen that on my end, but nope! I sure could not. 3. Called their hotline on Monday and got some crappy voicemail. Left a message, as instructed, no return call. Why bother having a phone number if no one answers? 4. Their email service is abysmal. "Isabel" responded to me, but never politely and always seemed to have more information on my shipping than I could see. No apologies for their slow shipping and over-promised delivery times, either. 5. I had a "VIP discount" to get my glasses, and this was my experience. Warning to non-VIP customers - I hate to see how you end up with their service! I won't purchase again. Sticking with Zenni - better selection, WAY better customer service and faster shipping.

Got a code for a "free" pair. Ordered with only ONE 4.95 add on; tried to use regular shipping for 6.95 (pretty high if you ask me) and it wouldn't let me hit that button, I was FORCED into the 3-5 day shipping for 9.95 whether I wanted it or not with some silly notation that they had been informed by the shipping company that there was extensive delays if you use the regular shipping so they disabled it. Uh huh. If these are made in the US and shipped in the US by USPS that is the silliest thing I ever heard. so somehow, between 9.95 shipping and 4.95 add on, my "FREE" glasses cost me $20. Won't do this again. Also forces you into PayPal whether you want it or not; won't let you chose another payment option until you are on PayPal's site. Called the company, got some Asian music and an Asian female voice telling me nobody was available. This at 9:30 a.m. on a Thursday morning. Uh huh. All I can say is these glasses BETTER be at their destination no later than 5 days from now.

I ordered a pair of prescription glasses nearly a month ago (2/7, it is now 3/4) and they are STILL not here! I received an email from them about a week ago, apologizing for the delay because their processor in China is backed up because of some festival. A cultural party is backing up business? Say what? Very unprofessional. I got fed up with waiting (I need my glasses to driiveeee!!) so I ordered a pair off GlassesUSA and got them in less than a week -_- Tried emailing, no reply. Tried calling, no answer. I want my money back!
