Ordered three pairs with my prescription and crossed my fingers that they would be good since the total was amazing under $60.00 for three sets single vision glasses. Seemed too good to be true. But to my surprise they were great loved all of them and would totally order again. Also turnaround time was great took like a week give or take from the time I ordered and got them.

Great process and quality! Shipping can take a while, but the products are worth it :)

I was very impressed with the quality of the prescription glasses and sunglasses I received. They are just like the glasses you would buy on the high street but with lots more options to customise your lenses, shade tints, etc. As expected, I was charged a small customs fee but this was refunded to me once I contacted customer support.

Je recommande. J'ai commandé des lunettes de vue verres progressifs. Commande livrée en 14 jours dans un emballage adapté. Après essai, je suis satisfait. Je pense qu'il n'y a aucun risque à faire confiance à FIRMOO pour peu qu'on prenne bien soin de choisir des montures à sa taille et de bien indiquer son écart pupillaire. Je reviendrai !!

Compro occhiali da questo sito ormai da 4 anni, da quando ho deciso di smettere di farmi prendere in giro dalle ottiche fisiche, dove per comprare gli occhiali più economici dovevo uscire almeno 150€ a paio, e addirittura dovevo pure sentirmi dire che non avrei avuto alcuna garanzia, senza contare tutte le tentate truffe e prese in giro come antiriflesso mancante o lenti montate al contrario. Questo sito con circa 60€, compresa spedizione express, mi permette di comprare una bella montatura, delle ottime lenti con antigraffio, antiriflesso e filtro luce blu al 40% (utilissimo per me che lavoro sempre al PC), e danno un sacco di garanzie. Il primo paio di occhiali che ho acquistato da loro 4 anni fa lo avevo dimenticato in macchina in una giornata d'estate sotto il sole, pochi giorni dopo averlo comprato. L'antiriflesso delle lenti si è "sciolto" e non mi permetteva più di vedere correttamente attraverso le lenti, dunque ho contattato l'assistenza e mi hanno permesso di ordinare un nuovo paio di occhiali pagando la sola spedizione, nonostante la colpa fosse mia. Anche l'anno scorso, mi hanno offerto un coupon per acquistare un paio di occhiali nuovi pagando soltanto per le lenti, regalandomi montatura + clip da sole, perché la montatura precedente (ancora in garanzia) aveva perso un po' di vernice nelle stecche a causa del sudore. Durante le mie visite dagli oculisti mi hanno sempre chiesto di controllare i miei occhiali, e mi hanno sempre fatto i complimenti per la qualità delle lenti e dei filtri utilizzati (antiriflesso + blocco luce blu). Se ordinate da questo sito potete andare sul sicuro, anche più di come andreste comprando da un'ottica fisica. Fate soltanto attenzione alle misure delle montature (Mi è capitato di ordinare montature che fossero troppo piccole, che mi stringevano sulle tempie, ma per mie disattenzioni, il sito indica tutte le misure di tutte le montature disponibili), e di inserire correttamente i dati della prescrizione dell'oculista (O potete direttamente caricare la prescrizione se non sapete leggerla o se avete dubbi).

They have great discounts, all the glasses we bought before were the correct prescription, had nice frames, and arrived quickly. I can only praise them.

Using the latest and technology so you can see the product on your own picture, double confirming prescriptions that are unique to ensure the right specifications are met. Backing up their product 100%! I had a set of glasses that I had some difficulty adjusting to. Firmoo fully credited me the total amount for the glasses and asked that I donate the pair to a local charity, which I did! They have absolutely amazing morals and values! Customer support blew me away as they dealt with a minor issue in a timely manner and continued to follow up with me to ensure my needs were fully met. Best in class service and support!
