Habe 2 Brillen bei Firmoo bestellt. 1. Top, sitzt super und wie erwartet. Bei der 2. hat mir leider die Farbe trotz Anprobe via dem Tool auf der Firmoo Website nicht so gefallen. Ich habe Customer Service wegen Umstausch kontaktiert, welcher sich schnell zurückgemeldet hat und mir ein grpßzügiges Umtauschangebot gemacht hat. Kann die Firma nur weiter empfehlen

I was unsure of ordering from Firmoo as I’d not heard of them before and prices seemed too good to be true! I had a look through the frames and added so many to my wishlist as there are so many beautiful options! At the end of March I placed my first order, one pair of glasses as a trial run, using a good discount code so I wasn’t out of pocket too much if they didn’t arrive or weren’t as expected. Well… they arrived really quickly and were perfect! So I then ordered 2 more pairs (one normal and one sunglasses). They took a bit longer to arrive but still way before the expected delivery date :) I’m SO happy with them! All three frames are absolutely beautiful, really comfortable to wear and come with both a hard case and soft case/cleaning cloth. The lenses on all of them are perfect… I can’t tell any difference between these lenses and ones I got from Specsavers recently! I’d definitely order more but I can’t justify having more than 3 pairs of glasses at the moment lol. I’ll definitely be recommending Firmoo to others! Absolutely brilliant glasses that I love - and I’m really fussy about glasses!

I love glasses provided by Firmoo. This time, I was disappointed by the glass colour and they proposed me a voucher to replace them without any discussion. They provided a qualitative feedback in a very short time frame. Really recommended.

Inizialmente molto scettico poichè non ho mai acquistato online occhiali con prescrizione, non è come un paio di scarpe... con la vista non si scherza. Eppure... dati aggiornati alla mano della mia visita medica, ho inserito con estrema facilità i dati ed ho ordinato 2 paia: uno da vista e uno da sole... ad un prezzo ridicolo... 130 euro Normalmente con 400 euro prendevo SOLO le lenti da vista graduate con tutti i trattamenti del caso, con Firmoo non saranno occhiali di marca ma le lenti sono perfette e di qualità ed è questo che conta. Ho prima di fare l'acquisto commenti online anche da parte di ottici che lamentavano il fatto che sono "occhiali cinesi" e che sono prodotti all'estero. Mi piacerebbe sapere i macchinari che qui o in europa abbiamo per produrre lenti dove sono assemblati in origine :) Appena arrivati ed indossati... non ci credevo, sono PERFETTI! Straconsiglio l'acquisto di occhiali graduati se siete in possesso di una ricetta leggibile ( standard TABO ) e con IMPORTANTISSIMO valore di D.I. ( distanza interpupillare ) correttamente specificato dall' optometrista.
