Everything went great my son loves his glasses and having the sunglasses attachment is even better!

The glasses I ordered and received where stunning, Firmoo got my prescription accurately, I’m obsessed and have to stop myself from ordering every month 😂 Delivery was fast - 7 days from order to delivery.

Very helpful and professional service. The representative quickly understood my issue and resolved it with kindness and efficiency. Thank you!

Great customer service. They reached out to me via both email and phone to ensure I knew about and could rectify a problem with my order. Once I replied, they were very prompt at updating my order and letting me know! Highly recommend.
