My two orders were great but the service they have given my daughter when she ordered was amazing because if it lenses your glasses can be quite heavy in the first page she ordered the arms went that good for the refunded her into her to keep the glasses as a spare pier then she ordered again and the courier put them in the wrong place so they did not get to her, Framoo didn't have to but they offered her three different options so amazing, beautiful customer service.

Firmoo is quick and easy, customer service is great and the glasses are affordable good quality! Will definitely be sticking with Firmoo for future purchases :)

Ich habe mur bei Firmoo meine 1.Gleitsichtbrille bestellt. Das Gestell ist von guter Qualität, die Brille alles in allem wirklich top! Die Seite war gut aufgebaut und einfach zu bedienen. Die Bestellung ließ nicht lange auf sich warten, kam in der vorausgesagt Lieferzeit. Danke!

1st purchases from Firmoo. I was a bit skeptical, but very pleasantly surprised. I ordered 2 pairs. Ordinary glasses and magnetic sunglasses. The clarity is as good as that I've had from very expensive glasses. The magnetic sunglasses were a little larger (frame size) than I had thought they would be (I did measure). The customer service was also excellent after purchase.

Best quality glass I've ever got ..the red was fast and easy. I Actually Miss. Ordered an option that was not part of my prescription and thankfully, a representative from the company, called me and asked me about it before they put my order through and ended up sending me a refund for the stuff. I did certainly did not want but was unknowingly ordering it. So I ended up getting what I ordered and only paying for what I ordered and the glasses are amazing. I love the customer service and the thoroughness of the customer service. People contacting me before putting my order through and sending me something that was not going to be useful for me. Thank you so much.I definitely recommend this company

I have purchased several pairs of glasses for multiple people from Firmoo. The quality is great and the prices are always really affordable. I love the customer service too. I only have had 1 issue and it was very minor. However they took it seriously and got it solved asap. Definitely recommend to several people.
