FirmooReviews of firmoo.com

I orderd my glasses the 3rd of September and got them today on the 14th. They look just like they did in the picture and I love them. I bought from 4 diff places and firmoo was the 2nd pair that was delivered with lens smart still not shipped yet and my first pair came from eyebuydirect. The script is perfect as well as everything else. And they give you two cases a cloth one and a hard one which the hard case i plan on using for my car glasses. I recommend this place if you're needing new glasses

My magnetic sunglasses had marks appear on them over time. I contacted customer service at Firmoo: and they were quick to offer a replacement pair of glasses and magnetic sunglasses. I simply had to pay the shipping cost. I love the quality of the glasses and am very happy!

Fantastic service from Firmoo! As most first time buyers I was drawn to Firmoo's vast range of glasses and low prices. I wasn't expecting the same quality as a 175£ prescription glasses from Cubitts (the place I always go to) but I thought of giving them a chance, especially for the trendiest styles. Unfortunately, I mistakenly added the wrong prescription to my first purchase and was so disappointed when the glasses arrived.. completely my fault. I instantly loved the style and the quality was no more nor less what I expected. I contacted their customer support to see if they could only send out on lenses but instead they supplied me with a coupon and free shipping which I used to buy brand new glasses completely free of charge. It wasn't their fault at all. I was so impressed with their customer service that I'm now ordering a second pair! I went for the Baddie T22 model (prescription sunglasses) with brown coloured lenses. Now I'll purchase my original order which was the TR98447 tortoise style, prescription. These styles are very trendy right now and gives me a brand new look for less. I recommend given them a try and I'll now recommend to all my family and friends as well.
