I received a pair of glasses that had thick lenses that distorted at the far edges. I contacted customer service for a refund. They told me that I could keep the glasses and give them away to a charity, which they directed me to, and they would make it right. And boy did they. And it didn’t cost another dime. My replacements are perfect in every way. This is the kind of customer service that builds customer loyalty. We need more companies like Firmoo.
