I have bought multiple pairs of glasses from Firmoo. I have not been disappointed, customer service is excellent, and help you very quickly.

I've been using Firmoo since 2021 and I've always loved them, however, I recently purchased some new glasses from them and I have to say the quality is even BETTER than the last time I purchased in 2023! The service has also been absolutely second to none, the live chat was so helpful when I had a few questions about the click on sunnies and the service when a pair of glasses wasn't quite what I wanted has been out of this world fantastic!! Obsessed and will continue to use Firmoo & make sure all my friends do too!

Very impressed with my first order from this company. Good quality glasses, well made, good fit, great price and received quicker than expected. Company also checked some points before they went ahead and processed, which says a lot. Have bought similar glasses from another company in the past and nowhere near as good. Will definitely be returning in the future.

I was nervous about buying multi lense glasses online but Firmoo made it easy and gave me the confidence I needed. The service from buying to after sales has been excellent. The product arrive and I love it but sadly I did have a slight issue. Thankfully the customer service team sorted the issue out immediately. Great business model!

Ich war zuerst skeptisch als meine Tochter sich dort eine Brille bestellte. Als sie kam war ich überrascht, dass die Brille eine gute Qualität hatte. Also hab ich mir eine Sonnenbrille mit Sehstärke bestellt und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Die Lieferung ging flott und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt.
