I had chosen a different style of glasses which I found uncomfortable with nose pads. The company were fantastic. I was offered a couple or a refund with no need to return the glasses. Given the amazing (American style) customer service i chose the coupon as i will be ordering a new pair. The quality of the glasses and varifocal lenses i received were excellent.

Ho ordinato un paio di occhiali da sole graduati su Firmoo, ma dopo averli ricevuti ho notato un fastidio alla visione da un occhio. Ho contattato l’assistenza, pensando ci fosse un problema nelle lenti, e invece ho scoperto che il mio collega aveva preso male la misura del PD (distanza interpupillare), quindi l’errore era mio. Nonostante questo, il team di Firmoo è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile: mi hanno offerto un coupon del valore dell’ordine per farmene fare un altro paio con le misure corrette, senza chiedermi di restituire quelli sbagliati. Li donerò volentieri a un centro di raccolta, e intanto consiglio davvero Firmoo per l’onestà, la cortesia e la qualità del servizio. In un mondo in cui tanti vendono e basta, loro dimostrano di voler costruire fiducia. Bravi!

Auch ich kann mich den positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Superschönes Brillendesign, das ich beim Kleinstadtoptiker kaum oder nur überteuert finde. Die virtuelle Anprobe hat nicht enttäuscht. Ich habe mich sogar an eine Gleitsichtbrille, die ich neben den Einstärkenbrillen einsetze, gewagt. Günstig trotz Aufpreis für erweitertes Sehfeld. Standardzentrierung für dieses große quadratische Modell funktioniert nicht perfekt, aber für meinen ergänzenden Einsatz zu Einstärkenbrillen ist auch die Gleitsichtbrille wirklich OK - und wie immer sehr hübsch.
