FirmooReviews of firmoo.com

I have ordered many pairs of glasses from Firmoo. Always has been good quality lenses. About 1 to 2 times i have contact customer service about eyeglasses frames, if not suitable. Always get so nice feedback and problem is solved in no time. I trust this company. Have ordered my glasses many years from this shop now. I live in Finland and glasses have arrived in two weeks max. It's faster than my local opticalstore😊...and at least 5 times cheaper🤗 Thank tou Firmoo for these many years. I am glad that i have find you🥰

Fantastic customer service

I purchased two pair of glasses. Both pair are great quality. The 'try-on' process is easy when you upload a front facing photo. I have used the return process which was super easy. I would highly recommend ordering glasses through Firmoo. It much less expensive than most brick and mortar stores.

Ormai, compro solo lì i miei occhiali e mi trovo benissimo. Consiglio assolutamente!

I was hesitant buying glasses online for the first time, but I have been blown away. Bought 4 pairs and I couldn't believe the quality and clarity! I personally went online as my opticians had limited Silver framed options and I didn't feel good in my old frames anymore. Since receiving I don't want to take these frames off! 1 out of 4 didn't suit my face shape so I was happy to go through an exchange as I'm in love with my other 3 pairs. Received the kindest email from customer service giving me a coupon for a new pair and told me just to keep/donate the ones I'm not happy with. If I could give you 6 stars I would, great experience so far and will be buying all my glasses with Firmoo from here on out.

The delivery took longer than I expected because of the shortage of flights since it’s international but otherwise, my order came exactly as I expected and the online consultant’s is immediate and helpful. I’m satisfied

This isn't my first pair of frames from them, and honestly, I'm still impressed. I always end up really liking the ones I get; they just work for me. Anytime there's a hiccup, the customer service handles it super smoothly. Exchanges are easy, and I've always gotten a new pair quickly. The quality of the frames and lenses is top-notch, which makes it easy to stick with them. I'll definitely keep coming back.

My glasses I received are wonderful! First time buyer but will be purchasing again as well as recommending your company! Very glad that I heard from a friend about your company
