Honestly better than getting glasses from an opticians in person. My prescription is -4.75, so I was a little worried that the glasses would be low quality as they are a necessity for me but the quality was literally better than glasses that would've cost over £100 at Specsavers. The glasses I chose didn't suit me as much as I thought so I requested an exchange- firmoo then responded by saying I could keep the glasses and they just sent me a £60 coupon to get another pair!!! crazy!

It was very simple to fill out the forms glasses were a great price for great quality! Would definitely recommend and buy again

Very smooth transaction and arrived way before time. The lenses are perfect and the shape of the frames fit me great. I had to heat up the earpieces with a hair dryer and slightly bend around so that they fit me better but that was pretty easy to do. Such amazing quality and some great designs.

The shipping was faster than it said. Even though it didn't update between shipped and delivered. The frames I recieved were beautiful and very well made. I did have a few issues, like them being a little tight, and an issue with the clip-ons that came with them. However, customer service was extremely helpful and refunded the order with a coupon for a new pair, including shipping and said to keep or donate the frames I recieved. Will absolutely be purchasing more.
