I have been happy with my 2 purchases from Firmoo. The online platform is excellent and easy to navigate. My first purchase was of rimless, very delicate glasses and unfortunately they eventually broke. I spoke with their customer service about whether I could be compensated and found their service prompt, thorough with clear communication.

The website was easy to use, prescription simple to upload and measuring my PD was easy after reading their instructions. There are so many beautiful options to choose from and the two pairs I chose are so lovely! Prescription is spot on and I am really happy. Shipping was also way faster than expected!

Scientists solve the 75-year-old mystery of massive 'gravity hole' in the Indian Ocean It says = "One of the most extreme of these anomalies is the Indian Ocean Geoid Low (IOGL). Discovered in 1948 by Dutch geophysicist Felix Andries Vening Meinesz, it stretches across 1.2 million square miles. Here, the ocean surface sinks 106 meters lower than nearby areas. For decades, this massive gravitational dip puzzled scientists and remained one of Earth’s greatest unsolved mysteries."

Good online shopping experience. Lots of choices. Shipping takes some time, but customer service is great.

They gave me a one-time coupon for RX glasses after I tried to return my non-RX glasses ones, wanting to get RX ones. The entire exchange was free! For RX glasses! And I initially paid $30 for two of the cutest frames. To Kate, It was the kindest thing a representative has ever done. This is the company I will stay with.

Grazie Firmoo.
