Im very happy with Firmoo’ s glasses, I put my order on August 17, and I got my order on August 28, my prescription have an error that I don’t even notice, from Firmoo they call me, I miss the call, that same day I received an email from them explaining my problem and what I have to do, next day I fix my problem with my prescription and I send my prescription back, that same day they answer me, very fast service and excellent communication, I love my glasses! I’m very happy!!!

El protocolo de su web es muy claro y fiable: Introduces los datos facilitados por el oculista, (en mi caso el de la Seguridad Social de España), eliges el modelo de montura y en dos semanas aproximadamente tenía los dos pares de gafas en casa, (una de repuesto). Y a un precio considerablemente más bajo que los vendedores locales y nacionales. Hoy hace casi tres años que tengo mis gafas y la que uso habitualmente sigue perfecta, (la de repuesto sigue en su funda), así que muy satisfecho.
