I ordered two pairs of glasses using their 2 for 1 deal and unfortunately when they arrived they were too large for my face. I requested an exchange and to my surprise they came back with a £120 voucher to use and to not worry about sending them back as a goodwill gesture. They also gave me useful information on selecting the right lens size for my face. Excellent customer service.

They look amazing the price was excellent and more importantly I can see phenomenally well. I am definitely a returning customer. Very grateful!

Esperienza molto positiva, lenti graduate che non hanno nulla da invidiare agli ottici da cui mi sono sempre servita. Assistenza impeccabile, avevo chiesto un reso per montatura che, a mio gusto, sul mio viso era troppo grande, mi hanno mandato voucher per nuovo paio d'occhiali, senza dover rendere l'altro. Tempi di consegna circa 10 gg.

genuinely had a really really really positive experience with firmoo. i ordered two glasses and unfortunately one was too big for me so i requested a return/exchange and was met with a response that exceeded my expectations. i was given a coupon to reorder new glasses (also had the option to just receive a refund to my original payment account). i was even told that i don’t have to return the glasses and that i could just recycle them which has saved me time and money! the glasses quality is amaaaaazing. solid frames, good prescription and speedy delivery. 10/10 would recommend. i’m always going to order my glasses from firmoo moving forward.

The prices (even without a discount and there always seems to to be a discount) and quality of the lenes and frames are better than other sites. Their customer service is excellent. I like the custom filters that that FIRMOO has. The web site is easy to navigate. Uploading your picture and prescription is easy. At FIRMOO you do not have to pay a fortune for quality eyeglasses.

Excellent customer service. Rapid response and no quibble settlement even though they could have demurred. First class company to deal with.
