I recently ordered some glasses from Firmoo. Unfortunately, one pair came all scratched up and were not usable. I contacted Firmoo's customer service and received a quick reply to solve the issue. Firmoo gave me credit back from the pair that was scratched up for me to purchase another pair in it's place. My replacement glasses came in and are in excellent condition.

Wowzer!!! I got 2 pairs of beautiful, stylish glasses with progressive lenses and tinting for $200. They arrived within two weeks. Already ordering more for my other prescription. I feel so ripped off now by my previous eyeglass place.

Ich habe das erste mal eine Brille von Firmoo gekauft. Bei der Bestellung habe ich versehentlich einen falschen Wert angegeben, dadurch war die Brille für mich unbrauchbar. Ich habe die Brille reklamiert (zu diesem Zeitpungt wusste ich nichts von meinem Fehler). Obwohl der Fehler bei mir lag, hat Firmoo mir den Kaufpreis zurückerstattet. Top Kundenservice - danke
