Ik heb vandaag mijn 2e bril via Firmoo ontvangen. Bij de laatste bestelling had ik een opmerking geplaats of het leesgedeelte ietslager kon t.o.v. mijn vorige bril. Er werd vrij snel op mijn opmerking gereageerd en ik werd erop gewezen dat ik geen ontspiegeling had aangegeven. toen ik aan gaf dit tegen betaling wel te willen werd gemeld dat ze mijn bril gratis zouden ontspiegelen. Dit is toch wel echt service "klantgericht".
