The first pair of progressive glassess were not perfect for me , either the frame too big or the measurement not perfect . I asked support and they gave me a voucher for a new pair of glasses for the same amount for free. I ordered a new one , I took the measurement more carefully and they came perfect! I would live to have more modern and original frames though , even if we may pay a bit more . thanks VIVI

My daughter LOVES her new glasses! They are SO much better than those sold at the opticians office and they look so good on her. They came wonderfully packaged with glass cases that while plain are very durable. I bought three pairs and they were still cheaper than one pair at the opticians office. Seriously if you are looking for a sign to go with Firmo, this it it! 🫶🏽💚

È vero che ci mettono un pochino per arrivare..ma meglio non mettere fretta trattandosi di occhiali da vista, l'importante che non vi lasciano se c'è qualche problema...ti rispondono ad ogni tuo messaggio...ti seguono completamente...e le lenti sono bellissime e precise...cosa si può pretendere di più...bravi davvero ottimo lavoro 👍

This company is Amazing! Twice I had reached out about my glasses, my fault might I add nothing on their part, on one order I put the incorrect PD and the second order I had ordered both glasses in the size Medium instead of Large and they were quick to respond and correct my issue in no more than 12 hours each time, they helped me get the correct glasses I needed both times and now my new glasses are perfect, they fit perfectly and I can see great through the lenses as well i cannot recommend this company enough 🫶🏽
