My glasses arrived ahead of promised date. The quality was very good. I purchased high end progressive Transitions lenses and they provide excellent vision. I especially like the weight of the glasses. The company meets their promises.

Me llegaron mis gafas y aunque aparentemente se veían bien, al ponérmelas me quedaban un poco torcidas y claro, el ojo no coincidía bien y me mareaba, pero ellos al preguntarme qué tal las gafas (ellos están super atentos después de la compra para ver que todo esté bien), y contarle lo que pasaba solucionaron enseguida el problema y me dieron la posibilidad de otras gafas nuevas sin coste alguno, muy eficientes, rápidos y amables.

Encore une nouvelle commande qui m'épate, livré en temps et en heure , mon fils est ravi de sa deuxième paire de lunettes dans une autres couleur. Le paiement plusieurs fois est top surtout de nos jours . J'adore se site et les lunettes sont top du top, même les montures des enfants sont uniques.

Oh my goodness I can’t rave about this company enough. I’ve used them for a few years and always had a good experience, so I decided to buy both me and my boyfriend’s glasses here. I bought 2 pairs for me and 2 pairs for him. I always buy two because I want a backup in case my main ones get broken or sat on or my cats chew them. My glasses were perfect but my boyfriend’s glasses sat very weirdly on his face. I contacted customer service and they were SO HELPFUL, they gave me a voucher to get a different pair for him. So I’ve ordered new ones and I’m very happy. The lenses team even called me when there was a discrepancy in the prescription from the last time to make sure it was correct. This team cares about making sure customers are happy with everything. I can’t recommend FIRMOO enough, I will tell all my friends to get their glasses from here from now on! Love to all the FIRMOO staff 💛🩵💜
