I havent received the order yet, delivery seems to take forvever. The tracking info is a bit all over the place, i can see they have been in ireland since the 17th november and still have not been delivered. So defintely dont use if you need them in a hurry.

Las gafas me han encantado están muy bien para el precio que tienen y son muy originales. Las llevé a mi óptica de siempre a ponerle los cristales y cuando las saqué para dárselas a la chica vi que tienen una pastilla floja y que ya no se puede apretar más, una pena porque esto ha empañado un poco mi experiencia y no sé si volveré a comprar

Günstiger Preis, entsprechende Qualität
Der Preis der Brillen ist relativ niedrig - es gibt zudem zahlreiche Rabattcodes. Die Qualität der Brillengestelle entspricht dem Preis. Die Lieferzeit der Brillen, die direkt aus China versandt werden - beträgt mehrere Wochen. Die Rückgabe ist möglich, es sind jedoch sowohl die Versand- als auch die Rücksendekosten vom Käufer zu tragen. Eine günstigere Rücksendung als Päckchen ist dabei nicht möglich, da Firmoo eine Trackingnummer für den Rückversand fordert, aber weder ein Rücksendelabel noch auch nur ein Formular dazu bereitstellt.

Entschuldigung für die Bewertung. Für die Rücksendung müssen Kunden aus Deutschland es nur an das Sortierzentrum in Deutschland zurücksenden und es kostet normalerweise 5 € oder weniger. j ai commande il y a 1mois ,pas encore recu , donc j attend toujours ,j ai recu un mail de Reduction, avec un code , du au retard , mais comme tout les codes que firmoo vous propose a la fin au moment de payer ca ne marche jamais, c est toujours pareil ,la monture que vous avez choisi n est pas éligible a la réduction, ou offre réserver au nouveaux client ,quand j ai commandé les 2 paires j etais nouveau client je crois!!!!bref du bidon!!! c est fatigant a la longue dommage car les lunettes sont sympa, le port dans les 9euros c est assez cher

Ich bin gezwungener maße zufrieden, den hätte ich gewusst das ich gerade eine Sonnenbrille mit Sehstärke für 80€ gekauft habe aus China. Hätte ich es gern gelassen. Es war mein Fehler das ich mich nicht ausreichend informiert habe und mich vom günstigen Preis habe blenden lassen. Den der Standort von der Firma ist nicht in Rheinland Pfalz sondern in China. Kommen wir nun zur Sonnenbrille. Die Gläser sind vom optischen eine 5/10. Wenn man die Brille aufsetzt und auf sein Handydisplay schaut sieht man Regenbogenfarben und einen blauen Schleier. Von der Sehstärke her denke ich das sie im Vergleich meiner normalen Brille von RayBan richtig ist. Nochmal bestellle ich definitiv nicht! Und das zurückschicken kostet auch ordentlich Geld. Weshalb es sich nicht lohnt es wieder zurückzuschicken. Die Rücksendung wird von der Firma übrigens nicht bezahlt!
Hier sieht ihr die Antwort von der Firma… jetzt wird versucht es gut zu reden mit Rücksendegarantie. Bei der die Versandkosten nicht übernommen werden. Nie wieder bestelle ich dort und empfehle es niemanden!

Das tut uns leid. Eigentlich ist der von Ihnen erwähnte Regenbogen normal, wenn Sie eine polarisierte Sonnenbrille bestellt haben. Dies liegt daran, dass sie polarisiertes Licht verwenden, um Bilder auf den Bildschirmen zu erzeugen, aber unser Filter blockiert dieses Licht und erzeugt so einen Regenbogeneffekt (Sie können auch mehr Details googeln). Diese Linsen sind eine gute Option, wenn Sie viel Zeit im Freien verbringen. Weil es die Reflexionen im hellen Sonnenlicht reduziert, unerwünschte Blendung eliminiert und Ihre Sicht unter schwierigen Bedingungen verbessern kann. Wenn Sie eine alltägliche Sonnenbrille benötigen, sind getönte Sonnenbrillengläser die beste Option für Sie. Bitte machen Sie sich keine Sorgen. Wenn es Ihnen wirklich nicht gefällt und es innerhalb der Umtausch-Garantie ist, können Sie es gerne umtauschen. Glasses may not arrive
My order was sent and stated as 'delivered' twice yet both times the item was never recieved. So just be aware this may happen. The customer service is quick and responsive, I did recieve my refund regarding the order as I did not want to continue againt to try for a third time. This may be an unlucky turn for me personally and not a wide issue.
