I called the company multiple times during the process of my purchase and their customer service was great. I had a number of questions before I bought the Dimplex Evolve and customer support was patient and thoroughly answered my questions. The next couple of times I called was in regards to the delivery of my item. Both times I chose to get a call back and they responded a lot faster than the estimated time given! On the second call the representative gave me the wrong name of the delivery company and she called me back within a few minutes to let me know of her mistake and get the correct information to me. My fireplace arrived and has been installed and I love it! (The only reason I didn't give five stars was for the use of the delivery company. That was a less than stellar experience and Firepits USA should look into finding a different service provider as it really lowers their overall great customer experience.)

The ordering process was simple and easy. Contacted customer service with questions and they responded quickly and were very helpful.

I received my Napoleon Prestige 500 yesterday and it appears all items I ordered are correct. The only thing preventing me from giving a 5 star rating has to do with the shipment tracking. The last check told me it had been delivered, however it only arrived the next day!

I received my fire pit burner as described. I was disappointed with how the item was packaged as there was no bubble wrap or anything around the burner during shipping. It appears it made it though in one piece. Otherwise, good experience.

The grill arrived on time, zero damage that I can tell. The only problem I had was that once I made payment, I should have received an EMail receipt. I didn’t get any confirmation of the sale. If not for this, I would have given five stars. You are still my go to online BBQ Grill store. I have since made two additional purchases. Thanks for everything.

Ordering my new grill was easy, and I utilized a discount code to get a few bucks off. Please note that it did take over 1 week for my grill to ship. Shipping is done through a 3rd party, and the shipment was made with a semi trailer shipment. I made my order online 01/09/2023 online, and didn’t receive my order 02/01/2023. This was a little longer than I would have liked, or was made aware of. Please note that every time I contacted customer service they were responsive, fast with a reply, and always had an answer for me. The shipment arrived in good shape, it contained all of the items I ordered, and the package was not damaged. I have 4 out of 5 stars related to the slower than expected shipping. Even with all that information, I would definitely order through this company again. My Napoleon grill, works great, and I am excited for many years cooking on it, and trying out the sear station on the side.

Was able to give me a return code pretty quickly. I did have to reach out a couple times.

The fireplace was shipped very fast. The box was a little damaged and the contents seemed to be repackaged a bit, but after checking everything it I believe everything was still included. Haven’t set it up yet to test it’s function.
