Hello, David our sincerest apologies for the delayed delivery and for not giving you a call because we saw that you were able to read our update about the delivery. We processed your order as soon as we receive it from our system. But shipping is something that is out of our control. We have contacted the carrier at the time you called us about the delivery and we have sent you an email to inform you about the status. We will make sure to address this issue properly to the Management and to avoid dealing with that shipping company, to make sure that this won’t happen again.

Hello Dean, we promptly processed your order upon receiving it and informed you of the lead time due to the item being out of stock. You agreed to the given lead time. However, there may be situations where we are unable to provide updates, particularly if the warehouse is closed, which is beyond our control.

Hi Gerald thanks for your time. We usually use Fedex and UPS but for larger items we use freight to ship the items.

Sorry for the inconvenience. The error happened due to manufacturer shared us wrong product image. We offered free upgrade but we couldn’t find same exact piece from the manufacturer.
