Firenze JewelsReviews of firenzejewels.com

I've been here several times and each time I've had an amazing experience. I was waited on immediately, but the salespeople were not pushy about it. They were very helpful and accommodating. I was able to trust them, I could tell that they are genuine and authentic, and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. Still not convinced? I recommend you go there and see for yourself, you won't be sorry!

As always when you order a piece of jewelry online, it can be a little worrisome. Have no reservations with Firenze! We ordered my wedding band, a tri row diamond custom made band. They had it in my hands within 5 weeks (a week under the 6 week estimation) and it is gorgeous! I had complete piece of mind and am just awestruck with the shimmer and sparkle of the quality stones. Gabrielle was wonderful to work with. She replied quickly and answered all of my questions plus provided me with pictures. I could not have asked for a better experience and plan on being a future customer as well.

This was a great transaction with Firenze Jewels. My purchase was handled quickly and efficiently. The package arrived in a timely manner and was just as described. I would recommend this jeweler for anyone to use.

Excellent service and very helpful staff !!!

Gabrielle was an excellent and very patient person, she help me in all my concerns and make me feel sure of my ring. The ring was awesome!!!!!

I had a very specific look in mind while searching for a rose gold and diamond ring. I hoped that the item would be as pretty in person as it looked in a picture online. Well, I was blown away upon receiving it (sized perfectly) which I did the next day (so speedy!). The ring is stunning, the diamonds are very obviously high quality, so sparkly! The communication was fantastic both prior to purchasing and afterwards. I had never heard of this jeweler, but I will now never forget, and if I'm shopping for more pieces, will definitely look here first!

I've been shopping at Firenze Jewels for years, ever since my husband first purchased my engagement ring there. I cannot say enough about these guys. Their quality is amazing, and I am always getting compliments on my jewelry. The diamonds are so sparkly, you can tell their quality is above the rest. Excellent customer service, and highly knowledgable, friendly staff. Thank you Firenze Jewels!

Highly recommend. Not only is Ron at Firenze Jewels in NYC extremely well versed in the decorative arts ( history of jewelry styles), he is helpful, patient and a very good listener. Admittedly, I am discerning and quite hard to please and was reticent about where to take a ring (purchased at Leslie Hindman Auctioneers) to be reset. I am extremely pleased with the setting created for the 9ct sugarloaf cabochon sapphire. It looks like a 1930's Raymond Yard original! Great quality, classic art deco, platinum &diamond baguette setting that subtly mimics the cut of the stone. It looks so much better than its former victorian styled setting. What a difference a setting can make! WOW! Bravo FJ! Thank You V much. from Palm Beach, FL.!
