My daughter recently had her wedding ring repaired at Firenze Jewels. She had brought it to a local jeweler in Scarsdale who quoted her $5000 to repair. Did you hear that, $5000 dollars. End of the story....she took it to Firenze and the bill was $40.00. FORTY DOLLARS!!! Thank you my friends at Firenze for your HONESTY!!! This story says a lot about your company. You’re the BEST!!!

I had spotted a pair of Simon G Diamond Antique Style 18k Three Tone Gold Dangle Earrings online and found out that they are not made anymore, but Firenze Jewels could have a pair made for me. I was a bit reluctant to have a Jeweler so far away (I live in California), but Gabrielle made the transaction seamless and professional. I sent her a picture of the earrings and she guaranteed me that Firenze could get them for me. The transaction went smooth as can be with Gabrielle calling me the day before to let me know my earrings would be arriving before 10:30 am, and to make sure I was home. Firenze has beautiful jewels and I will definitely be purchasing more from them. As a side note, I am a college professor at a college in San Francisco and I teach a class of professional selling. I wish Gabrielle lived closer, because I would have her come as a guest lecturer to teach the class about exemplary customer service.
