Please keep in mind that Fiona does not assess credit-worthiness, determine interest rates, or underwrite loans for consumers. We work with multiple lending partners to aggregate a consumer's pre-qualified offers from those lending partners. Getting matched with offers through Fiona is free and does not affect your credit score. Loan providers, however, may require a hard pull at the very end of the process on their website once you click to accept the loan terms and complete your application with them. Hello paula, We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the offers of which you were matched with, but all determinations of creditworthiness are decided by our lending partners and are independent of Fiona / Even. Fiona / Even is not a lender, but is instead a search engine that matches you with personalized loan offers from our network of providers (similar to when you search for websites with Google). As such, we cannot guarantee the quality, size, rates, or amounts of the personalized loan offers of which you’re matched with (similar to how you may not receive the exact website you’re searching for when searching on Google). All offers are ultimately determined by our network of lending partners and what they’re able to offer you based on their determinations of creditworthiness.
