Information given about pre-approval is not accurate. Was approved for a loan and after filling out all the necessary information for that lender I never heard back from them. It has now been over 2 weeks and after an email I sent to the lender I received a response that they were working on reviewing everything. It has now been over a week and still nothing.

All I can say is BRAVO !!!!! After our first inquiry as to the possibility of getting some loan offers, we had probably a dozen offers, going from less than what we asked for to more than what we asked for. There were different options from interest rates to different lengths of time to repay the loans. Then after we decided the one we wanted, the whole process of getting qualified & approved took a very short amount of time, AND, that was all done on a Sunday afternoon!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU
