Regarding Fiona’s email policy, we send a confirmation when you submit a form and a few reminder emails over the following weeks. Note that all emails contain unsubscribe links. Our lending partners may also send their own emails (as required by their policy and/or the law) to provide more detail on how to proceed with their loan offers, in order to help potential applicants through the funding process. Fiona / Even is not a lender, but is instead a search engine that matches you with personalized loan offers from our network of providers (similar to when you search for websites with Google). As such, we cannot guarantee the quality, size, rates, or amounts of the personalized loan offers of which you’re matched with (similar to how you may not receive the exact website you’re searching for when searching on Google). All offers are ultimately determined by our network of lending partners and what they’re able to offer you based on their determinations of creditworthiness.
