Shipped me 1 fitting shoe almost took 1 month till I got them back!

They couldn't send me all products that i ordered, after 1 week send me a email that we haven't these products in our inventory. they show cheep price to multivariate you to buy more but they just send you full price item. worst customer support.

I was never told that the order was cancelled and they charged my credit card anyway. After two weeks or so, I received a credit and it was a few dollars less than what they had initially charged. I called customer service and was told that they see the cancelled order but not the credit card charge nor the credit amount. I am few dollars short and nothing to show for. What a freaking JOKE. In addition, they quoted me 10-12 business day as a normal delivery time. I wouldn't be surprised if this retailer goes out of business.

Took more than a week to receive. They screwed up my order address, and the package was sent back to them. Then after an eternity with customer service, the re-sent my package and only put it for 3-5 day shipping again. It will more than likely be a total of 2 weeks before I get my package. This will be the last time I order from this company.

I asked the customer service people to cancel my order just a few minutes after I made the order, and he said they would notify me if the order is canceled successfully. But now I have not received any email, and they shipped all the items in this morning! Rude and dishonest retailer!!

Terrible customer service, every time. I don't know why I have ever bothered going in to their stores.

If your going to try and buy from this online store, Please be advised that everything is shipped UPS ground. If you pay extra in order to receive your shippiment early -- it will still go UPS ground. Dont pay extra because you do not get your order faster. I actally never did get my order because someone at Finishline, cancelled the order. The customer service people are trained to say "I'm sorry, I'm sorry" But they cannot actually help you, so please do not expect any real service. Its interesting that for some reason they are quick to cancel orders. I wont buy from them again.

Ordered shoes for my 2 sons as Christmas present on 12/7/15 ordered was confirmed , order never came and found out today 12/31/15 that it was cancelled. The last email I received was that the order was being processed on 12/11/15. All I get is apology?
