The worse customer service ever. I received the wrong pair of shoes 3 times and they canceled the order and emailed me and said I would be receiving a refund within 7 business day, 7 days passed and no refund I had to call once again and have them tell me they would start the refund process and I would be waiting another 7 business days for my refund. Super shady I will never be ordering from here again.

I bought a Jordan there, it turns out to be different sizes and when I returned it they wouldn't give me a full refund because I didn't have the box. Really poor service guys.

Ordered a pair of shoes online from store and paid cash( the store didn't have my size). Was to get them in 3 to 5 business days...After a week my order was cancelled because they did not have them in stock. We went to store and asked for our money back, they said we can't give you a refund, you will receive a check in the mail. Three weeks later still no check, called customers service, they want to void the first check and mail out a new one. She said that should come in two weeks. Horrible customers service, no resolve. Never buying from them again.

It doesn't take 2weeks to get sneakers I order in store then when i finally receive them the sneaker look like use sneakers call customer service and was hung up on wanted a refund was advise I would receive a check in the mail . Customer service needs more training omg never again

I buy two pair of sneakers and i got a $9.99 t -shirt, cant get my money back (about $160)till they recive the t shirt back,and that may take up to 2 weeks,from a mistake THEY!!!!! make NOT ME . Buyer be aware dont buy online from this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM FINISHLINE!!!! Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They send me the wrong shoes and promised to replace the shoes. After I returned the shoes, I never received the shoes i originally ordered. I spent a whole day talking to the customer service line after being told by the online representative that they can't do anything about it. I was able to get a refund for the shoes. However, they told me if I needed a replacement, I should place the order again and that I would have to pay for the shipping all over again. Why would I pay for shipping twice for the same shoes??? They kept telling me they couldn't do anything about shipping and apologized. But, how can their apology solve anything? Do they care about customers' feelings? My whole day was wasted because of their mistake and they still want to make me pay the shipping fee that I already wasted on the original order? This doesn't even make sense. Anyways, DO NOT ever buy from this horrible company. It's a miracle how Finish Line became such a big company in the first place.

I bought a pair of Nike free run 5.0 for my boyfriend for Christmas on 11/28 this year. The emails they sent me constantly kept telling me that it was on the way.. but two and a half weeks past.. nothing. So I called costumer service and after being on hold for 30 minutes, I speak to a woman that bearly speaks English and she tells me that the shoes are sold out??! Sold out? Then how did I buy them? All she could tell me is that I could get a refund. Now it's too late to get him those exact pair of shoes ANY WHERE in his size! And it's too late to order them online to get them before Christmas. So this year is going to be very disappointing. Thanks a lot for letting me know finish line. Stop sending me emails about my order I NEVER got!! Oh and my refund would be nice!!!

Completely bad experience overall, from the store to the phone 5 days later. I still have no shoes. My order hasn't even been processed yet. The agent offered to cancel my order, much help!
