The worst store to go shoe shopping bad customer service rude employs.

This company ships out used and dirty merchandise! Happened to me and a friend within the same time frame of ordering. When you complain, all they offer is to have the purchase sent back. Shady practices! Never ordering from them again.

Refused to issue store credit or refund for gift with receipt. After 5 calls to Custom Service, I could either drive 25 miles back to store for refund or just give up. 5 CSRs, 5 different answers. Poorly trained and downright rude. Will never give them my money again.

I order a pair of Air MAX LTD and I swear they're defects because they look like knock offs and I try to wear them a few times to make sure that they maybe just need to be worn in but nope they are bad and a few times so I can't return them so I'm stuck with them

I bought Reebok classics in-store but they didn't have them in my size there so they purchased them for me online in-store. I received the shoes in 7 days. They were packaged in a ripped and taped up box. When I opened the box the shoes were opposite sizes and nasty. Mudd was on the bottoms, the outside, and inside was covered with an extensive amount of dirt. It was disgusting. I called customer care to complain. They had no more classic Reeboks in stock so all they could offer is my money back. Great. What an inconvenience. So I go to send the shoes back, and thankfully they send you a return label. However, the box was so damaged that they sent them in UPS would not accept the box. So I had to purchase another one. Great right? So almost 3 weeks pass and I still have not receive my money via mail. I call back to complain, and somehow it was not mailed out. No supervisor available just the promise it will be sent out with a 25 dollar gift card. A week later I receive partial of my refund and no gift card. I call back again! Where is the rest of my money and my gift card? Sorry we will resend the gift card and the rest of your money. I deposit the partial refund of my money in my bank. A week later I receive the rest of my refund and of course still no 25 gift card. As I deposit the second refund I realize the first check bounced. Really? A million dollar company is sending out bad checks. I call back again, because not only did your check not clear but it cost me 12.00 for being returned. Again, they have no clue what happened, but we are resending you your refund and a 25 dollar gift card for the inconvenience(Ive been promised over 3 times a gift card to not receive 1!). Here we are 3 weeks later still no refund. I called back again today asking where is my money its going on 3 months now! Again, I do not know what happened claims the customer representative we are resending it now with your gift card. This is the worst company ever!

I ordered a pair of Jordan from Finish line for pick up at Fox Valley Mall in Aurora Illinois but when I arrived they told me someone picked up the order with my permission but I never gave permission now I'm fighting for my $201.88

my husband and I started school shopping for our son and we ordered some Jordon shoes but it never gave us the option to have it sent to my address only for pick up at fox valley mall in Aurora Illinois..... when we came to pick up the shoes they told us someone picked the shoes up..... we never gave permission.... now we fighting Finish line for $201.88

Whom ever shipped my sneaker should be ashamed. I love Nike but my sneakers looked worn, has a big scratch on it and the soles were loose so that means someone took them out before and wore them. I usually shop at foot locker but decided to try finish line out. I will no longer be shopping with you guys.
