Ordered from here twice now and had to wait for my order for 3 weeks. Was told on a monday I would get a new order number within 3 days and I havent gotten any email or info on my order. It is friday now and still nothing. Called customer service and all they did was apologized for the inconvenience. This has happened to me twice already. Im just wondering what the problem is in the first place. No one has yet reached out to me about these issues.

I usually shop online from finish line because their stores have bad customer service. I like the shoes they offer and have had a good experience with their online store. I had to go o their Montebello store and of course I was greeted with terrible service. I was gonna buy shoes and wanted a size. I waited for 5 minutes with no one asking if I needed help. The two employees just talked to each other and only helped some of the women there. I was frustrated and just made a return and didn’t end up buying the shoes I wanted because I feel my money isn’t good enough and I’ll spend it where it’ll be appreciated it

Ordered shoes for my son 2WEEKS AGO! They were a birthday gift that he had asked for. As of today shoes still have never been shipped out and are now out of stock!! Way to go Finish Line!! What a dang joke. I was told I can purchase a different pair for him if I’d like today and wait for the refund on the other pair!!! Sounds like a great idea 😂 let me pay for 2 pairs of shoes that I’ll never see. They expect me to trust them to refund my money when they can’t even ship an item??

Soy cliente habitual de Finish Line Westland Mall Hialeah,en cada ocasión que visito la tienda para adquirir zapatos deportivos para mi hijo tengo que llamar a los dependientes para que me atiendan y esperar que terminen de divertirse entre ellos (esto ocurre siempre que los visito) en días pasados adquirí un par de tenis 👟 para un familiar y no le sirvió ,regreso a los días con los zapatos en perfecto orden y con el comprobante y me responden que no se puede realizar cambios pues no lleve la caja de ellos ,en ocasiones anteriores he comprado y dejo la caja NUNCA han mencionado que es necesario traerla para realizar cambio o devoluciones,HAN PERDIDO un cliente por una caja ,además de que no son personas confiables pues me han intentado cobrar revistas con la tarjeta que he usado para pagar ,esa atención y comportamiento evitan la afluencia de clientes

I will never buy from this company again. They took my money, I returned a pair sneakers 3 months ago I wanted a refund, to probably buy another pair and never received my money. I emailed them and called customer support 3 times, I asked for a email confirmation that my refund is being processed. They told me all 3 times yes it is, and here I am 3 months later writing this review.

I shopped here twice to get a pair of running shoes for my husband who's in the military both times they told me that I didn't get a military discount even though it is posted outside of the store. I've had to call customer service to get my discount the last shopping experience I had I would never go back into that story again a gentleman named Dion help me after I called corporate to get my discount he then pushed my shoes to me very rudely I did ask him who his district manager was in he said that he didn't know and from me to call back the corporate office to find out I have called corporate 2 times and was told that I would get a call back from the district manager name Mike Rodrigues I have still yet to get a phone call back in we are in week 2 of what happen. Not only was the military discount not applied but also my neighbor who is active duty just like my husband was told when he went in there a previous week prior that he didn't get a military discount the saddens me to know that you have people that are running a store that are saying that you can't get a military discount when you guys have it posted and as far as what corporate says they're supposed to get one.

Would never recommend Finish Line. Already paid for our shoe order which has been ‘lost’ twice and i still have no guarenteed shipment date. Ordered shoes on finish line website on 3/3/18. Told shoes would arrive between 3/7-3/12. When they didn’t arrive by the 12th, i called them on the 13th and they said the order was ‘stuck in process’. They canceled the original order and put in a new order with a rush 2 day delivery guaranteeing that the shoes would arrive by 3/17/18. When the shoes didn’t arrive i called them again on 3/19/18 and they, again, said the order was still in process and they didn’t have a tracking number for us. I was obviously quite upset and they said they were unable to give me shipment information and said they would credit back the $7 shipping fee for the inconvenience....definitely not enough for the extreme delay and several calls with no resolve. When i asked for an apology via email they said they would note my account and submit the request. Terrible customer service, no guarantees for shipment and failure to deliver product even though i have already paid for the product. I have asked for a follow up email with a confirmation number, tracking number, refund confirmation and apology and Finish Line has not provided any of these.

I purchased $400 worth of Nike's online. They arrived with visible glue on the bottom like they hadn't been glued properly and they had scrapes on the air bubbles. I drove 40 minutes to the nearest brick-and-mortar store to return the items for my money back. I then ordered another pair. My new pair arrived, but it had more glue that was even visible on the side of the shoe. I called customer service who didn't seem like they cared very much, but gave me a $30 refund for my troubles. I called Corporate Customer Service, because I never received my return label. They then told me that they called their warehouse to make sure I would be getting a brand new pair. I called back the next day to give them the tracking number for the returned shoes so they could ship the new pair when they explained to me that they can not check the "warehouse", so I was lied to by the representative at the corporate headquarters. This tells me all I need to know about this company. I have been shopping from them since my early twenties (about 18 years) and they have lost a customer. I will give Nike my money directly and use them as a Best Buy. Wonder why retail is dying off....
