Order cancelled after confirmation Much like the review before me, I ordered during the Black Friday sale. I paid, got a confirmation email. Then the next day, my order is cancelled because they can't keep up with their own stock and sold me things they don't even have. When I called to get a resolution I was told I could order something else, not for the sale price though, and not for the items I actually wanted because those are still sold out. Why would I give this company anymore of my money?

They need negative stars for this sucky place. Waited online for 2 hours ordered my shoes. Then a day later my order was canceled. These where shoes my kids wanted and needed for Christmas. I wouldn’t buy from finish line if they where giving away free shoes. Online sucks don’t waste your time you will be highly disappointed.

They false advertise sales on items they dont have to increase website traffic so badly the website cant even function properly and it takes 3 hours just to order 1 pair of shoes. If I could rate -3 stars I would.

Only reason I give 1 star is because it’s the only option. I can’t even put in to words how frustrated I am at this place! I ordered online yesterday. 11/25/2018. After receiving a sale email. Normally I won’t pay attention to those. But I checked it out. After waiting 10 minutes for the site to load, I found what I thought was a great deal. I ordered 5 pairs of shoes on one order. Then 2 more. My wife made an order as well. Now today, 11/26/2018, I recieve an email saying my order is canceled!! Both of them. It wouldn’t be so bad if it was just my shoes. But my kids sat with us and picked out some shoes. Now You suddenly cancel everything! This was a rip off to see how many shoes they can sell. It’s not my fault your website doesn’t update your inventory correctly or you realized you lost money. I will never do business with finishline.com again. I tried to call in. Customer care had a message saying they are experiencing technical difficulties. Then hung up. What a joke. Now I have to e plain to my 3 children why they are not getting the shoes they picked out. Without getting an explanation from finish line.

Finish Line Blows! I ordered a pair of Nikes, TWICE, and both times they sent me pairs that were worn already. I will NOT be using them again.

I order some shoes from finish line like I do a lots of times for me or my son but after this experience never again they will se my money they cancel my order after selling me a shoe bucause they supposed don’t have the item no more then I order a pair of Nike air max and wen the shipment got to my house it was only one shoe in the box I guess they think ionly have one leg or in this case one foot , after talking to costumer service they tell me to mail it back and I will get my money after they get the item back I say no then they say got to a finish line store they will do it there for my well I drive to a finish line store they say they can only exchange it I don’t want to exchange I want my money so they end up not giving me my money because it was PayPal and it will take 5 business days so here I am almost a month later and no money it gets better I contact them and they give me a tracking number for the item I just check and it say shipment cancel so I guess I will not get my 97 dollars back any time soon horrible place but no more I will not buy anything from them be aware of this place go to footlocker is better plus more inventory to choose from

I ordered a pair of shoes online. When I received them I could tell one was used to try on already and the other the stitching was coming out and there was a blue pen mark on the heel of the shoe. Over the phone the woman told me they would send me a new pair right away to exchange and when I receive those I can send back my other pair. After a week I called in to see where my order was and found out I was given wrong information. They would not send me a new pair until I returned the damaged pair. And on top of that I have to wait another week or so after that. Nope! I’m returning them for a full refund and won’t shop there again.

It is the most horrible experience I’ve had in a while. First of all they sent me wrong shoes. Then it took them 3 weeks to locate the shoes I sent back. And now it’s taking them 3 weeks to get confirmation to send me the right shoes. People this is ridiculous. I wouldn’t buy any type of close from them. I would rather donate my money to charity then to give it to the scumbags of the worse variety.
