Places and order online and it's been 5 days, they still haven't shipped although the site says they have there is NO tracking information nothing! First time ever ordering online and never again definitely asking for a refund this was suppose to be my son's school shoes

This company is horrible!!!

BEWARE!! I purchased a pair of Air Max 97 QS for a total of $195.30 and what I received in the mail is a shame. They were Dirty in the front and on the bottom also had scuff marks on them. So my conclusion is they sent me USED SNEAKERS at new sneakers price. I am very disappointed and well never purchase from Finish Line again.

This website does not even deserve one star. Does not work and the customer services is even worse. I love shopping at the stores but today i bought shoes then found out that I had a 10 dollar off coupon. I never receive any offers or notices of sales. If your company does not want to go out like many other shops then step up your game and do better!

Wish I could give it 0 stars, probably the worst online experience I have ever had when trying to purchase shoes.

I'll make it short. I was informed of a great coupon code so I found the shoes I've been wanting and purchased. The next day I have an email saying my order was canceled because they didn't have the shoes in stock. Now there are only limited sizes of the same shoe. When I emailed my concerns, they did nothing to help me. They ensured the money would be credited back (WELL DUH!), but they would not honor another coupon, even though I found another that I was willing to pay for.

i honestly really like finishline but one of the sales reps at the fort collins store just flirted with me the whole time i was there to get me to buy something, when i asked for her number she basically told me to f myself. i will definitely NOT be shopping in store anymore.

Same for me. This place gets a 0 star. I went into the store and ordered a pair of shoes online by Laura they were out of stock in and said I would receive in 5-7 days and after a week passed I called the store since I never received the shoes and they said my transaction was done as an in store purchase as if I walked away with shoes that day. Then I had to go back in to have it shipped to my house and the manager Chris typed the style number in wrong so I got a totally different pair of shoes. On top of it the shoes I got the pair was two different sizes. The left was an 8 and the right was a 9. What a joke. I have to take these shoes back and make a 3rd trip. Never will I buy again. You would think they would want to make the customer happy but they had a fit when they had to pay my two day shipping since they messed up the first time. I should get these shoes for free and this point. Looking at these reviews I can’t believe other people have the same problems where you buy the shoes and you get nothing or something that looks refurbished. Did they think I wouldn’t notice two different size shoes ? I wouldn’t put it past them to send to left shoes or two right shoes and hope you don’t notice.
