Dirty with deodorant stain and security tags left on two separate items & two separate on line orders. Called, (on hold for 20 plus minutes, entire call was 54 minutes) supposed to send new items prior to Christmas. They cancelled one order 12/15 I have yet to receive a refund. Second item with security tags was to be here before Xmas- still nothing. Called “Customer Care” again, recording states “no calls accepted at this time”. I have never experienced such ineptness.

Horrible service!!! My order Was placed 5 days before CHRISTMAS-THIS WAS A CHRISTMAS GIFT THATS STILL NOT BEEN SHIPPED OR BEEN “FOUND”!!! I was told last week it would be shipped Friday and he was sorry that it was “LOST”” worst experience online shopping IV EVER HAD!!! These was GUARANTEED DELIVERY I PAID $144 DOLLARS FOR Shoes , MY SON ASKED FOR FOR CHRISTMAS- WAS THE ONLY GIFT I WAS ABLE TO GET THIS YEAR AND HES STILL NOT RECEIVED IT IV GOTTEN NO RESPONSE NOR REFUND NOT EVEN A EXPLANATION OTHER THEN HOUR WAITING ON HOLD TO BE TOLD (by someone speaking poor English) “ package hasn’t moved since 12/21 .... UMMMM YEAH I KNOW THATS WHY IM ASKING FOR A EXPLANATION!!! THEY OFFERED NO COUPONS,MONEY BACK NOTHING!!!!

This store sucks they lost my package and never refund don’t ever buy from here they are scamming

I can't understand why they are still in business. I ordered 2 pair of sneakers. 1 tracking says it was returned back to sender and was received on Dec 20. The 2nd pair is saying out for delivery dated Dec 24. Today is the 29th. Called customer service. Was on hold for 40 min before getting a person, after speaking with her, she put me on hold for 15 min. She comes back on the phone just to ask if she can put me back on hold and then the phone disconnected. I called back and the recording says they can't take anymore calls due to the call volume. I will never ever ever order from them again. I just want my refund.

You're basically taking a gamble buying shoes from finishline.com they'll charge you for shoes that's not even in stock then make you wait 7 days for your money. There's is no point in calling customer service they run the same script you'll basically end up cursing them out.

On December 16th I place an order online with Finish line. After about 3 days of no activity, I checked the order status and it stated order would be received on 12/24. On 12/23, I receive an email stating ”oops we messed up”. The email stated my order will arrive on 12/26 and gave me a $20 store credit for my inconvenience. After approximately 4 hours of trying to reach customer service, I finally reached a live person who blind transferred me to USPS. The USPS Representative advised that they never receive an order from UPS and that the order is not arriving today 12/26, because Finish line never shipped anything. I had to then call Finish line customer service back and wait on hold another 49 mins for a live representative to request a refund. When I told the representative that I wanted a refund she attempted to convince me to wait another 3 days for the order to arrive because it is in route. After I refused she then offered a replacement. I told her I just wanted a refund. She put me on hold and while I was on hold, I received an email from a return request. She finally came back to the phone and I questioned the email and told her it was not a return because I never received the order. She then explained that she has initiated the refund and that the email is system generated. She advised she could not give me a cancellation or refund request email. I don’t have time for this BS. I will just call the bank tomorrow. This was an afterpay order. I paid the first payment and was going to pay it in full once I received my order. I couldn’t reach after pay either and there is an installment coming out of my bank account on 12/31. I will just call the bank tomorrow and dispute the charge. I will never order anything from their website again. DO NOT order from their website. You have been warned. *************update********** On 12/27/2019 I went, to the mall and purchased some Nike vapormax. 12/28/2019 - I arrived home from studying and guess what is sitting on my front porch, the order that I cancelled. Smh. My first thought was to call customer service and give them some choice words, and then I thought just go to the post office and return them - but when I thought about all of the time I wasted on going back and forth with Finish-line - I’m going to keep them. Worst customer service I have ever received in my life and the first and last time I will ever purchase anything from Finish Line.

Worst online shopping experience ever. Ordered a pair of Nike on Dec 20th, paid $5 for Express delivery by Dec 24th. Got tracking information saying sho was shipped with UPS. When I checked tracking info, it showed that "label has been created waiting to be picked up". It's now Dec 26th same order status shows up. I'm on hold with customer service now for over 20 mins. Absolutely worst online shopping experience ever!!!!

Bought a pair of sneakers for my Son, paid $5 for express shipping showing they would be here on 12/24 then got an email that they won’t be delivered until 12/30!! I will never order or purchase from Finishline again and I will be demanding my $5 back for principle!! The website even had a countdown to order for Christmas!! BOGUS!!
