I have been ordering shoes from FL for awhile now. Im impressed with the quality of product I receive. Today I was able to order the Jordan 5 fire reds with no issues. It was a shoe I really wanted and I scored. One issue I have is that Im not able to login to my account like I use to. I have over 6k in points that I would like to use but I keep getting an error. If this helps, become a member of UPS My Choice and you can upgrade all your packages to UPS delivery and also have them held at a UPS location. It does require a fee but it is well worth it. I have never had a issue when it comes to receiving my packages. UPS My Choice makes is easy to receive my shipments from FL. I plan on ordering all new releases from FL from now on. Hopefully I can work with them on figuring out why I cant login, I have to order shoes as a guest and I do not want to create a new account.

Ordered a infant Nike Jordan 5 piece set. What I received was a tore up store return set, box is open seal broken. I didn’t pay for a store return! I paid for a new nike 5 piece set. How am I suppose to give this as a gift for a newborn child! When I ordered this set it didn’t say I was going to get a store return! I want a new unopened box, what a scam company! Very helpful after I contacted them by email. Jason (their rep) replied quickly to my queries and helped me located a "delivered package" that was at the post office (unbeknownst to me at no collection card was left). The Salomon shoes I got were excellent. I couldn't find a better price anywhere. Love these shoes for their quick lace system.
