Same as below. They don’t update their sizes online and after charging your card and waiting for weeks to received your shoes they cancel your order. Waste of time. I’ll never purchase from them again.

DONT ORDER FROM HERE! they will cancel your order cause it’s there fault they didn’t “update” the sizes online. Which is bull crap. Called the customer care line waited for 30 minutes just to be hung up on after trying to get information to why my ordered got cancelled. They are a waste of time.

The "customer service" at Finish Line is an absolute joke. Every time I've called, it's taken AT LEAST 3 phone calls to finally be connected with someone that doesn't "accidentally" HANG UP on you after *pretending* to look into the issue at hand. 4 hours later, and you're lucky if you've encountered even one competent and helpful representative that doesn't obviously hate their job. I was hung up on not once, but twice just calling today trying to get help from them. It's like that every time.The most recent rep I spoke with just now WOULD NOT STOP TALKING OVER ME. I could not even get one word out. And just as she was going to credit a $20 reward for the inconvenience of being told two different things by two different reps, WHAT DO YA KNOW. The line disconnects. They border on acting like scammers. I f****** hate this company. Also, they're supposed to honor price adjustments 10 days after an in store or online purchase and the rep was trying to tell me it's only for full price items that go on sale. "Finish Line... offers price adjustments on in-store and online purchases within 10 days of purchase... Price adjustments allow customers to receive a partial refund if the price of an item is lowered soon after purchase". But no. Clearly customer service is not at all important to this retailer, they're cheap as can be. Complete BS.

Do no buy your shoes from them. You will not receive. I bought a pair of shoes from them it has been 15 days now and still has not gotting it. I call them and all they said is we can refund you meaning i just waited 15 days for something i will not receive. Worst website to buy from.

I ordered a pair of shoes online and they were to small. I returned them to a store and got an email saying I would get a refund in 2 to 3 business days. It's been over a week and still nothing. Called them and they said the shoes are not processed yet and would have to wait for up to 2 more weeks for a refund. Horrible refund system will never deal with this company again

I ordered my shoes on line, and when it got here, there is only one shoe in the box, and who know ma where the fuuk the other went.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered my brother's gifts in NOVEMBER. I have not received it and at this point all I want is a refund. Never will I purchase an item from finish line. The customer service is a joke they will email that they cant find order and then you screen shot or order and suddenly they can find it. phone hold times are minimum 15 minutes.

I ordered online after 6 days of waiting they cancelled my order with no reasons! The worst thing is i used my birthday gift card on that order then, ill tried to order different items using that gift card now they didn’t allowed because I already used on my first order. Hope this company burn to hell!!!
