Finish LineReviews of finishline.com

Literally the worst company ever. Never buying from here again. Can't believe I was dumb enough to buy $200 shoes from this awful company. I ordered 2 months ago and nothing has came. I email them constantly and have NEVER gotten a reply. So unprofessional and very disappointed in finishline

Horrible experience. Bought shoes off line for my daughter for her birthday shoes got sent back then bought get a pair of slides with SAME PAIR of shoes.. the slides came shoes never did i had to call them for a refund.. they tried to save the sale with 10 doll store credit.. but that did not help my little daughter. Needless to say i won't be doing buisness with them in future

Don’t buy shoes from here. I ordered shoes online and received them dirty. I had a very difficult time returning the DAMAGED product that THEY sent me. Their customer service was horrible as well. They clearly don’t care about the customer.

I ordered a pair of black and white crocs in a women’s size 8 and when i got my shipment they sent me a women’s 10 and a men’s 8. I called customer service and they read that i ordered a women’s size 8 in both pair. I went to ups to send them back so they could send me my correct size. about a week later THEY SENT BACK THE SAME EXACT ONES and left them in the box exactly how i left them. UNPROFESSIONAL. get it together!

Awful company! I never received my item. After 5 days of placing my order finishline canceled my order without ANY explanation. I placed my order using my winners circle coupon. They took away my right to use my rewards circle coupon because it was “already used” although they CANCELED my order when I used it previously. I’m honestly disappointed in their customer service and I will not be ordering from finish line again. It has been a month since I placed my order and never received my reimbursement!

don’t get anything from online....the sizing chart is way off...I’m usually a 9 and it said I should be a 6 so I ordered a 6 and I couldn’t even get my foot in it so I exchanged them for a different size and when I got them there was a hole in them...so I went back and tried to return them but they wouldn’t let me because I didn’t have the box and she said “I can’t sell them to people if you don’t have a box” and I was just thinking like no ones gonna wanna buy shoes that have holes in them

First off, I want to say BEWARE of any purchases from their website! You may receive worn shoes and there is absolutely no telling who wore them or what kind of foot fungus they may have left behind by wearing them! The box looked as if they had threw it around a few times! The shoes came with a crease in them already and everyone knows ..... not a soul likes to crease their forces especially if they don’t have to! Definitely a 🚩!!! If you look inside the shoe, the tag that’s in it is worn off as if it’s been stepped in so much! However they did come faster than expected! Needles to say, I called and the customer service is horrible on top of everything else! I will never trust you guys over the net again! 😊 Thanks!

DO NOT CONVERT your winners circle to that STATUS crap they are promoting. You will have to spend even more just to get a few dollars for the reward
