To start, placing an order was extremely difficult as their website didn't want to work half the time. I finally placed and order and then I get email that an item was cancelled off the order. I did not get a reason why, I can only assume they ran out of stock. I also had a $10 reward that wasn't reapplied to the part of the order that did ship. Why? I don't know..customer service doesn't respond. I don't recommend them and would never buy from them again. To add, they offer free shipping on full priced items over $30, well I had two items full priced totaling $105 and then added a discounted item that brought the order to $200+ and they wouldn't give me free shipping. Joke of a business.

Received my order from them, but got two different sizes in the shoe one was 6.5 other was 8. Now reading reviews I’m scared I’m going to lose 140.00. They didn’t come from finish line but another place called jd in Georgia even tho I ordered on finish line. I think I’ll need to contact an attorney. Can’t even go to a store due to covid and they don’t even have this shoe in store.

Good sale on items but worst customer service ever. No wonder they choose UPS to ship items because both of them companies are the worst. I forget to update my new shipping address and I never realized until I placed my order. I immediately call the contact center and the Rep assured me the items cancel. A day later I start receiving emails left right and center about the items that should have been canceled are being shipped. When I call them back they told me they don’t have control over which item is canceled. I contact UPS to see if they can assess the situation for me and they told me the post office will receive the packages and so they provide me with tracking numbers for the post office. Until this day the post office is still waiting on the packages. UPS done already went ahead and delivered the packages to my address. The post office never received them. I lost over a hundred bucks .

Ordered from here will not be ordering again. I should had looked at other shoe places first but since this is the store where I usually get shoes from I didn't. FINISH LINE is literally the only shoe place that does not have a 25% discount going on at this time literally. I tried canceling my order but it was shipped already. Wont be making that mistake again even when stores reopen

HORRIBLE!! I ordered a pair of sneakers online for 200.00!!! When I got them in the mail, I opened the box and have to DIFFERENT sneakers. The right foot one which was all white (one I ordered) and the other one, the left foot one is red white and blue. After talking to three different people, customer care person, supervisor (which was actually pretty nice) and then the manager, I have to find a way to send back the sneakers, so find an open UPS place cause they won’t send UPS out to my house to pick it up, then send it back and wait for them to get it and it will take 7-10 business days to get my 200.00 back and it could take longer because their office people are working from home! How does this even happen and now the hassle I have to go through to return them in a corona crisis and wait til whenever to get my 200.00 back. I will never shop from this place online or in a store again!!!!

Worse return experience ever. I will never ever buy online again. I returned a shoe called and spoke with a cs representative. Printed out my label returned the on April 3 finish line received the shoe April 6. It is now april 16th and I have not received my refund for my return I was giving the run around about my return from 3 to 4 customer rep including a manager nameed sardine. I was suppose to have my money by Monday the 13 nope no pending transaction at my bank now I have to dispute the charge with my bank this is very unacceptable and will complain to attorney General. I want my money why are you all holding my money

Awful service, I bought 2 pairs of shoes since March 13 2020 they only send one pairs, I filled up the affidavit and still don't receive my refund
