Worst experience ever!!! I put in an order for a pair of sneakers and 5 minutes later found it 25% cheaper on another site. I called to cancel the order and waited 45 minutes on hold and couldn’t speak to anyone. I tried to send an email and their email doesn’t exist. I got in touch through PayPal and finally received a response that they would cancel my order. 2 weeks later I got an email that my order is processing and I again tried reaching out to them and there was no way. I sent repeated emails to them and no response. 2 weeks after that my order arrived. I’m really mad. Never again will I shop by them!! I hope that between the pandemic and the looting they will soon be out of business!

Finish line decided to change this coupon to expire Tuesday without informing customers or thier own customer service team. When the coupon status60 was clearly marked as Wednesday This is an outrage after spending over 2 hours putting things in my cart and 36 min on hold with customer service to them be transferred to loyalty that was closed by then shame on you finish line

Honestly don’t even deserve a one star from me. Horrible customer service supervisors need to go back and learn a little bit more I ordered a pair sneakers on Saturday add in my coupon code and when I receive my email it did not give me the coupon I called I have pictures and still was not honored once I receive them I will send them back I will not buy from them ever again. Don’t buy be aware.. It takes forever to receive a refund.

I absolutely love finish line when it works. I have been trying to order Fathers day gifts for the past 5hrs, maybe longer! Finish line has the worst app I have ever used in my life. This is absolutely 200% RIDICULOUS. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS!!!

Absolutely pissed with Finishline right now! We’re going through a pandemic and can’t go to the store at our leisure so online shopping should not be this stressful! I made an order and instantly the system said my ordered was canceled! No reason as to why and when I called customer service the girl was like yeah it cancelled! Umm ya think? She couldn’t tell me why! Tried to order again and same thing! Finish Line get it together before we all go over to Foot Locker! This is just dumb and rude!!

I ordered a pair of Jordan one hyper Royals on May 13, 2020. They sent me a confirmation email and told me my shipping date was May 21 through May 28. I then receive a email on May 18 telling me that my order was canceled!! I called customer service and explained my issue and the bihh hung up on me! I am beyond heated! I tried calling back and it was told it was a 45min wait! I definitely will be writing a letter to corporate! When a shoe sales it is supposed to automatically come out of inventory so to tell me my shoe is unavailable after a whole week is unacceptable! They tied my money up for a whole week when I could have purchased the shoe elsewhere!

I ordered a pair of shoes on 5/13/2020. I emailed them a few days later because I noticed my order was still in a pending status. They gave me the excuse everybody is giving right now that there is a delay due to covid 19, and then all of a sudden my order was cancelled today 5/18/2020 with no real explanation. I will not do business with them again.

horrible service they constantly keep estimating and pushing back your delivery date you order the shoes they tell your delivery date that every time you look on their website the date keeps getting pushed back and push back and push back when you called them about it they keep giving you excuses about it hoping that you'll just quit so they can keep your money but never give you anything. I would never ever ever ever order anything from there again and I would never ever recommend them to anyone in my entire life. Worse online shopping experience of my entire life
