Made a reservation for the Jordan jubilees (2020). Got an email my raffle entry was submitted twice and it marked it as fraud. I received an email from their reservations department about it so I called ASAP after the email and the customer service representative told me I was in the clear and to completely disregard the email. The next day,(today) I went to finish line to pick up the shoes and they told me they raffled them to someone else when my entry was never fraud. I then left and called their customer service number again and they said my account has a note now and he should have known. Drove 45 mins for no reason and ended up having to buy on stockx for double the price.Will never give them my business again.

Is this even a working site. I can't log in or track my merchandise or a shame

The finish line app Is so horrible Every time they have a new shoe come out It takes all your information out you can't even sign in Why even have a app for your company no one can use it when a new shoe comes out

I got a pair of sneakers paid cash and the cashier did not count the money and did not give me my change. I told them check the camera you can see me counting the money.

I'm livid with Finish Line. I ordered a Juicy Couture sweatsuit 11-6-20. Its 11-30-20. I have yet to recieve my merchandise. I gave them a call. They never shipped my merchandise out. They took my money though. I tried to reorder. Only to find out they no longer have my size. What a RIP off Finish Line. It's unfair to me you took my money. You gave another customer my merchandise. I will never shop with Finish Line again. Apparently they're incompetent when it comes to shipping people their merchandise in a timely manner. Order at your own risk. This company is a RIPoff

I placed an order for a hoodie 2 weeks ago & hadn’t received it. I log into my account and see that they canceled the order. They never contacted me. I called and they tell me they canceled it because the sweatshirt is no longer in stock (it was on sale) It most certainly is in stock because I can see it’s available now at full price. I go back online and try to order a different hoodie now my reward that I used on the first order is not usable because it states it’s been redeemed. On the cancelled order..smh. Also I’m not getting free shipping as I should because I’m a Status Rewards member. I called Finnish line and I’m on the phone with them for 40 minutes. The gentleman is telling me they cannot login to my status rewards because they’re having some kind of problems. He tells me to call back in 48 hours. I tell him within 48 hours the item I want is probably going to be sold out. I ask if he can place the order for me over the phone he tells me no. I have no idea what is going on there but I’m done.

The app is the worst on release day I couldn’t even login to it at all this happen multiple times to me don’t it should be fair for everyone no matter where you are
