Don't order online with finish line. you will not get your order or it will take 2 week to get .they make shipping labels for your item and let it sit in the store UPS doesn't pick up your item for delivery. you call and there customer service is in the Philippines don't let you speak to a supervisor and they want to give you a refund that takes three to five business days unbelievable they suck better off just going into the store.

Finish line is by far the worst shoe store to be a loyal customer. I spend atleast 1000-1500 dollars a year with them they tells me I'm A list customer but when I try to use my coupon at the store they tells me I have to download the coupon a day before " isn't that some bs" then when new jordans come out I can never purchase them because I never wins raffle to do it but I suppose to be A list but I bet people who rarely shops get to purchase them every time they drop..I'll never spend another dime with finish line and I'm campaigning to all my family and friends to go else where

Finish line has the worst customer service ever. They do not email your order number for one, then when you call they act like they cannot understand. Finish line do not know how to communicate, then when you ask for a supervisor they hang up on you.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! i’ve been waiting on a refund for 2 mismatch shoes they sent me since November it is now JANUARY 20th no refund and when ask to speak to supervisor they refused to speak with me

I Christmas shopped early and bought a sweatshirt in store for my son. After Christmas he went to wear it and it didn’t fit. When I tried to return it they said the receipt was past the 45 day return limit and couldn’t let me exchange, return or even store credit. Told me to call customer service. Customer service said because I bought it in store they couldn’t help me at all. Not to mention the 2 people I spoke to could barely speak English. So now I’m stuck with a $45 Nike sweatshirt that no one can wear.

This company lacks integrity. I discovered a thief had stolen and fraudulently used my credit card towards purchases today and when I contacted Finish Line immediately to let them know, they refused to cancel the fraudulent order. Needless to say, I'd also contacted my bank and cancelled my credit card earlier, but I let Finish Line know they will never receive my business in the future as they refused to acknowledge fraudulent behavior or do anything about it - all they seemed to care about is receiving stolen money. Truly awful experience dealing with Finish Line. I've never purchased anything from them and will make sure to never purchase anything from them in the future.

Finish line sucks🤦🏼‍♀️ I’ll stick with footlocker and champs. They didn’t even try to resolve my ongoing issue.

Worst customer service. Received a defective pair of shoes. Then I had to return it to get them to send me another one. The box arrived today. It’s two VERY different shoes. They think people are dumb or what ? Won’t buy again.
