Worst place to ever order online from. Placed and order witch of course is no longer in stock anymore. The package came all the way from Houston Texas to Charlotte NC, just to be returned bk to sender. Come to find out the sender never received the package it currently sitting at the warehouse waiting to be place back in inventory. Versus sending me bk my items I've already purchased, my out of stock item is sitting on a shelf waiting to be placed back in inventory. DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS PROFITABLE BY DOING SO.

I would give Finish line 0 stars if it was an option. Worst ever customer service. Never received my order after a month and talking with customer service saying it was shipped come to find out it was never shipped now they say it's the back office at fault. Also still waiting on my refund. Horrible horrible company and service.NEVER AGAIN.

This whole company’s customer service is a scam. They wouldn’t refund me even though I dropped off my package in UPS and UPS asked me clearly to file a claim with finishline, but finishline refused to even cooperate. The agents were basically giving me false answers just to get rid of their customers. Agents provided me two tracking numbers and I was being cooperative going back and forth to UPS trying to make sense what was going on and yet, finishline kept telling me a bunch of stuff which I couldn’t even do much because “I wasn’t even allowed to file a claim” without their investigation. I was passed on to 7 agents and 3 specialist telling me that they couldn’t issue a refund because they need to investigate first. How can they even investigate when they haven’t reached out to UPS?! I’m reporting this fraud to my bank especially now that I am experiencing this bad customer service. This company is unbelievable. The worst of of the worst!! Don’t waste time calling them, call your bank. Just make sure you explain and provide proofs of this company’s mistakes. The agents are very untrained.

Horrible online service. Order 2 pairs of shoes and after 12 days and no shoes called customer service. I was told no information has been updated (obviously, reason for call) since the 13th (my order date) and I could have the items resent or money refunded. Seriously?? So wait another 12 days and hope I get my “ALREADY PAID FOR” order. NO THANKS AND WONT EVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN! Finish line deserves 0 stars!

Horrible!!!! "DO NOT BUY ONLINE "The customer service is the worst I've dealt with in a long time. I was sent a damaged pair of sneakers that cost over $100. The recipt clearly states that the item was damaged. Signed by an employee .These were supposed to be shipped back to the company and sent to me instead. The woman on the phone with customer service was rude and did not speak very good English. Told me I had to either ship them back or wait 30 days for refund. 30 days for their mistake. Not even a discount or a sorry for the inconvenience. Jsver again. This woman gave me anxiety.

I would never order from Finish Line again I ordered a pair of shoes shoes never came call customer service the lady who helped me could not understand me at all she was horrible find out the shoes was sent back to finish line and the lady could never give me a reason why she offered me a refund but never explain to me what happened customer service for Finish Line is horrible

I purchased a pair of shoes online for a Christmas gift and they were too small. I went to the store in Northpark in Ridgeland Ms on January 2 to return the shoes for the correct size but their stock was low on selections and sizes with it being after Christmas so I just opted for a refund. I was told that it would be 3 to 5 days before the money is return to my card. Today is February 24 and I have called Customer Service numerous times and they claim they can't refund me my money until the shoes are back in the warehouse and they will call me as soon as they talk to someone at the store. I have call the store numerous times and the manager said that they can't refund my money because it has to come from CS. Today I call CS again and was told the shoes was mailed back February 2 from the store. So I guess I'll get a refund WHENEVER the shoes make it to there destination which is bullcrap to me. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ELSE FROM FINISHLINE AGAIN!!! RUN ME MY MONEY....

Don't order online. Never received an item and they deadass asked me if I looked around the neighborhood. Never got my refund but I don't even care because I talked to 2 people who did nothing. Woman was super nice at the store but I still had to call customer service for the item I never received
