I ordered a pair of sneakers and I paid $7.00 for shipping. So I get an email from UPS letting me know my package would be a day late because instead of UPS delivering the package to me their delivering it to the post office and the post office will deliver it to me👿I think that is a bunch of BS when I paid for my own shipping and I needed them by today NOT tomorrow and um MAD to the max🤦I won't order from them again🎯🎯 #AwfulShippingServices

Douglasville Arbor Place mall has pitiful customer service. No one will offer to assist you. 4 employees standing at register looking at their phones not waiting on anyone. Had to ask for assistance and then she left without asking if she could be of any more assistance. Had to go back to register to get her to get the second pair I wanted. Bought both pairs.

They should train their staffs again. The staffs never asked me to add my points to the reward program. Then I asked for that and he told me to call the customer support.

The only reason I gave this company a 2 is because they do offer their products at a reasonable price but whoever they have filling up online orders should be fired or monitored. I have ordered multiple times from the business and with almost every order I end up getting at least one item incorrectly. I was pretty optimistic and hope that things would change but nope. I just received an order today and it was sent incorrectly. I don't even feel bad because I should of looked and read up reviews on this company before even purchasing. I was in the process of contacting customer services about a return but I figured I'd save myself the stress and time because I could very well just "lose" out altogether on the order. Also, packaging is very poor for online orders and comes looking worn out and used. The 2 star rating is in hopes they change the way they do business and although I'm not happy, I hope for the better for this company.

The guy that helped me on Thursday was great. Great customer service. Tried to return the shoes 2 days later. I purchased Adidas, the top around the ankle was literally cutting into my skin. The manager was rude and was like well you obviously wore these a lot and u said I just bought them 2 days ago, and they are extremely uncomfortable. She refused to refund my $108 purchase. She gave me a gift card but I don't understand why just in 2 days I could not have my money back. I will not be shopping here again.
