My husband ordered my son some sandals may 9 th he even put a two day rush on them to make it on time for my 5 year old son well 21/2 weeks went by I called they said they reshipped the order and put a two day rush on them well here we are two weeks later and still no sandals for my son I’m very disappointed and definitely not ordering or buying anything from here

This was my 1st attempt at ordering the Jordan one take 3. Good color shoe. Surprisingly good price. I’m a Russell Westbrook fan. I placed the order and they took my money. 3 days went by and there were no status updates for my order. I called customer service and they wanted to send a replacement with the same shipping speed. Not a good online shopping or customer service experience. This is coming from someone that tries to give the benefit of the doubt as I have worked in customer service for years. Especially in retail.

Fake Nikes they sell Fake Shoes

Sent me the wrong items then when I ask them about my refund they told me they never got my return and a return was never even made for my order. Used the live chat and had to contact 3 different people all of them treated me like crap. Never buying from this place again.

When I went into the store to buy my son some shoes, we chose 2 but both in the same size. We wanted a different size in one of them so I asked the worker that was assisting us and she bent down to pick up all of the shows. I told her to leave them their because we have not chosen which one we wanted yet and she said that the policy was that a worker cant leave shoes with a costumer. Before that, every time I would turn around to my son to put the shows on for him, she would be looking over my shoulder as if I am putting the shoes into a bag trying to steal them. But their were other people b us also trying on shoes and they had shoes in front of them and when they asked for another pair, she just left the shoes that they had and got them the others. When i went to talk to the manager about it, he just said "ok theirs nothing i can do about that" then walked away from me.

Like the person before me said don't even want to give 1 star but had too. I bought a pair of shoes on Sunday that I was told that were in stock when order.I have been waiting and haven't received any info in my email about it.Online when I check the order number it was completed online. So I called customer service and they proceed to tell me they don't have them in stock but I can wait and forgot what bull**** they said. Basically they are lieing about having items they don't have and hoping someone forgets they bought anything.I will never shop there again.

Dont want to give 1 star. Worst experience I have ever had. They lost a customer. Took my money. Customer service un professional and very rude. Asked for manager was hung up on. I ordered $40 pair if Adidas leggings instead was shipped a $5 hat. Was told to send hat back which i did and they never sent my leggings. When I tried customer service 7 times i may add they said they did not get the $5 hat so they wont send me my $40 leggings... This was in December. I have no refund of my money. I have no black addidas leggings and I have no stupid $5 hat. Its sad since im a shopper they would rather loose the business than to have made it right...don't waste your time or money here. In addition other stuff i ordered for Christmas gifts came wrong colors so they do not have proper product checks before shipping they are just placing various items out not the correct items...

I would give a zero if I could. I ordered my daughter a pair of shoes in December. Finish line cancelled the order due to being out of stock. Here we are in March and have still not been refunded and still do not have a pair of shoes. They owe me over $100 I will never order from this company again. Horrible customer service. Go get shoes elsewhere.
