HORRIBLE company. Ordered online, size was too small. Went to store with receipt to exchange, and employee rudely said I cant exchange because no order was attached to my order number. I looked it up myself, it CLEARLY is. Store worker was rude and soo unhelpful . After calling the company and being on hold almost 2 hrs I learned what a dysfunctional company this is, and how poorly run.

There is a lot of fraud activity at this location. i wish i would've read the reviews before making a purchase. I never received my order and getting a refund has been a hassle. this morning i wake up to money being drawn from my account from finish line!!!! I called customer care, and they weren't much help. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY DO NOT ORDER FROM FINISHLINE

Held my payment or over a week with the status for the order processing. Then Finishline cancelled the order and kept the shipping cost

From in-store service to calling customer service, they need to fully follow the process of serving the customer. I returned some shoes I ordered online to the store, and it was through Afterpay. The refund was never processed. I called customer service, and they verified it would be processed. It never processed. The fact that it takes 25+ minutes to speak with a rep over the phone is a sign that they have issues. Your staff needs to be retrained. I am still waiting on my refund

Terrible do not order from them coming from a sneaker head….. They send wrong shoes, WORN shoes !!!!!!! Never again will

I had to give them 1 star because it wouldn't let me review if I didn't, but i would give them 0. The inability to get an order correct when placed online is the norm, and trying to get your funds returned is an even greater odyssey. They always have an excuse why they need to restart the 3-5 day wait period and after 9 days, still no refund.

Ordered two pairs of shoes online. Received a box from Finish Line with protein powder in it, not the shoes I ordered. I contacted customer service. They apologized and sent me a return label. I sent the package back expecting a refund. A month later, the same box arrived on my doorstep with the protein powder in it. I contacted customer service. They were supposed to resolve the issue and refund my account. As of today, no refund has been processed. I am very frustrated and will never buy from them again.

I went into the store and asked for a pair of shoes that was $80. After getting to the register the shoes rang up for $110. Went and got the shoe with the tag that say $80, they pulled the tag off in front of me and said that was the wrong price for the shoe. Told me because it was a Jordan that they couldn’t override the price even though it was marked for $80.
