Absolutely SHIT quality with way too high prices. This is basic china/shein ultra fast fashion with LOW quality materials. Im so mad that i spent almost 800€ on this crap. AVOID.

I ordered something and then realised I already have it, woops, so I send them an email asking them to cancel the order, they responded within minutes and helped me out amazingly.

Edit - the customer service team got back to me and sent a lovely email. Very helpful - thanks so much! I love the coat I ordered but it's the wrong size. The returns form online keeps bringing up errors so I contacted customer service but no reply. I've followed up and still nothing. I'd really love some help if possible as the coat is really lovely!

Ordered a £130 coat from here thinking it was coming from an actual shop but it is actually coming from China and is basically a drop shipping business with shein clothing. After 2 weeks and the tracking still showing it being in china I put in a refund request. Stay away.

There was a delay on the dress I purchased and the customer service was amazing and professional. Mackenzie reached out to me and helped! Seems like a brand that really cares about their customers.
