Fineroot Organics are a great company
Fineroot Organics are a great company. Not only are their products great (Turmeric 5 stars), but their delivery service is always prompt. I also recieved a quick survey on what I thought of their products, why I take them & if they have helped, which they have. It's refreshing to have a company that actually cares about their customers. What's more I recieved a discount code for my next order, following the submission of their survey- cant say fairer than that! Buy Turmeric, its wonderful for sore, stiff joints!

opzeg gelukt via medewerker Maricris

treating inflammatory ,Arthiritis
when l was diagnosed with arthritis, rhematoid arthritis Ostieoarthtis l thought ok its not going to be that bad ,wrong .... the pain altogether is excruciating l have tried everything mostly I've been taking painkillers over the past 6yrs just to have some sort of ease from the P>A>I>N.So when l saw yr ad on FB l thought why not.Just on 2 wks taking your supplement so far the pain has eased So l will keep on it for longer hopefully in the next couple of wks there will be more improvement.

Six years of managing that level of pain is something we would not wish on anyone — and the fact that you are already noticing a difference after just two weeks is truly wonderful to read. Please do stick with it consistently and we are genuinely excited for where you will be in another few weeks. Thank you so much for giving us a chance and for sharing your story! 🙏❤️ — FineRoot Organics

My first order did not arrive.
My first order did not arrive but the company kept saying it was in transit. Then a month later they debited my card for another order which I did not want as I hadn't had the first order. After several e-mails I eventually got one from Maricris who took the trouble to go through the whole history of my experience. She very kindly refunded all my money and cancelled my subscription. I am very grateful to Maricris for sorting it out quickly and efficiently.

Dissatisfied
I received no response from emails I sent to Fine Root regarding the length of time taken to sending my order. Customer care does not exist. Despite informing Fine Root I do not want to receive any further products, I decided to contact my bank for them not to accept any future requests for payment from Fine Root.
Response from FineRoot OrganicsJul 5, 2026

We would very much like the opportunity to make this right for you. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] or call us on +1 307 291 0751 and we will ensure everything is resolved for you immediately. 🙏❤️ — FineRoot Organics
